FAQs

Article text
Q. What Albums do you use?

I use Queensberry albums from New Zealand and Coffee Table Books from the UK which are respectively among the finest in the world, chosen by many leading photographers for their bespoke designing and quality.

Q. Who designs the albums?

I don't send your images away to be designed, but do it myself as I feel you will have a completely unique design this way, without conforming to set templates.

Q. When will we view our photographs?

You will receive your proof images after you return from honeymoon. Your photos will also be available to access online through this website from the comfort of your own home.

Q. How long before we receive our finished album?

Once you have chosen your favourite images , it usually takes up to 2 weeks for the design and layout to be completed. You can then proof the layout before it is ordered. Your album will arrive within 4-6 weeks of ordering.

Q. How long do you stay on the day?

For as long as your chosen package indicates.

Q. What happens if our first dance is later than agreed?

I anticipate that most weddings are running late by that time in the evening. I will of course stay to capture the event and you won't be charged extra for that.

Q. Can I have a second photographer attend the wedding to cover the groom's preparations?

I work with a selection of experienced photographers and should a second photographer be required for any particular reason, this can be arranged with an additional fee.

Q. How many photographs do you take at a typical wedding?

It varies from between 100 to 500 finished images, sometimes even more, I just cover the day with as many images as it takes to tell your story.

Q. What does our Pre-Wedding Shoot entail?

The bride and groom meet me at a suitable location, usually the venue. We spend about 30 minutes taking romantic photographs which will prepare you for some of the shots I take on the actual day. It also gives you a chance to see how I work and gives me a chance to put you at ease and show that you photograph well.

Q. What happens to the Pre-Wedding photographs?

You will view them online where you are welcome to buy reprints or wall art of these images. A popular choice is to create a wedding guest book from these images which would be used on the wedding day for your guests to record a personal message to you.
